Hi, I'm Basia.
I build tools for clarity, repair, and connection when relationships get stuck. I've worked with Bioenergetics since 2015, teach Giraffe Language (Nonviolent Communication), and collaborate with an Imago specialist in Sweden.
I was born in Poland, raised in Sweden, and have since lived in five other countries. Over the years I've played roles as varied as clown, physicist, dance teacher, language teacher, lecturer, writer, and a Journey in Consciousness guide — and lately, BIG Companion creator.
BIG Companion is my small synthesis of everything I wished I had in my pocket when a conversation got charged — something calm to turn to between therapy sessions, or at 11:14pm when the thoughts won't stop spinning.
